This giveaway from Unboxing Beauty is amazing!
Another huge giveaway from Unboxing Beauty!
I’m back with another Memebox, y’all! It’s been a few months, I think. This was a must buy for me…which if you made internet forum round back when Memebox shipped internationally, you may find strange. I have been shopping with Memebox for a long time now, since February 2014. I have purchased way more little pink boxes than I would like to admit. Back in these days, I remember forums loudly groaning when ANYTHING Shara Shara was involved. I think this was mostly due to their makeup being, well…not that good, honestly. Outside of Memebox, I never heard a damn thing about Shara Shara, until the release of their All in One Honey Bomb. Rave reviews and two subsequent bombs followed, in Berry and Aqua flavors. This was why I HAD to buy this box. This box was only $33. The bombs retail for (an inflated) $40 from shops here in the US! Plus, I had points and a coupon, so I only ended up spending $20 and some change on this beauty!
I waited to try the items in the box a few times before I started this review. I wanted to be able to give an honest review on the bomb. So let’s begin, shall we?
Item #1: Berry Berry Wonderful Cleansing Sherbet Memeprice: $16 (currently $14 on memebox.com although sold out.)
Besides the bomb, I was really looking forward to trying this out. I have been wanting to try and cleansing sherbet for a while, but have never been able to bite the bullet. (I tried using straight mineral oil to oil cleanse and had contact dermatitis. Since most cleansing sherbets have mineral oil as their top ingredient, I have been reluctant to purchase one) So first impressions. This was melted when I got it. It was delivered in August, of course everything was going to be melty.
I immediately loved the way it smelled though. Like strawberry milk or bouquet of candy. It is seriously wonderful smelling. Once it solidified, I used it. I massaged it a little while (like a minute) and got grits! I should add that I had combination skin that is very prone to clogs. I usually have a good sized blackhead at any time. This made one of my blackheads pop right out! It was amazing. I am really, really happy with this cleanser, and totally recommend it!
Item #2 Kissing Sugar Lip Scrub Memeprice $8 (currently $5 on memebox.com although sold out.)
I got this in a Cute Box last year.
I haven’t used it all up yet. It’s a decent lip scrub. I do use it when I want to exfoliate my lips, but you don’t need a whole lot. There is a good amount of sugar in it, so I only need a TINY bit. This is how much I have used since October 2014.
Because it’s been about a year, and I used my fingers to scoop it out, I may toss this and start the new one. Overall, it’s a decent scrub for a good price.
Item #3 Black Source Eye Sunglass Memeprice $3 (currently $2 on memebox.com although sold out.)
I thought this mask was super cute! Sunglasses mask, eh? I’m totally down! AND you could totally cover your eyes like sunglasses!
This mask was refreshing, but I had to lift the eyelip flaps after 5 minutes or so. It moisturized my eye area (and above and below. Seriously, it was a HUGE eye mask!) pretty darn well. And it’s stupidly cute!
Item #4: Honey Bomb All in One Ampoule Memeprice $30 (currently $40 on memebox.com although sold out. You can still buy the Berry Bomb though!)
This item was a random choice between honey and berry, but it seems like most people got honey. I would’ve been okay with either, but I was admittedly hoping a little bit for berry. I am super pleased with honey too though! This ampoule itself is honey colored, and smells a bit like beer I think.
It’s not a strong scent, so I’m not totally sure if that is what my nasal passage is picking up. There is a serious amount of ampoule, and it needs to be used in a year after opening.
It also comes with that sweet spatula in the photo. I have been using it every day since I got this box. My skin feels nice and soft, but my (very) dry areas are still dry. I don’t think that I could use just this product, and moisturizer, especially in the Winter. I like it, but I don’t think it would work as advertised for me. It does help when used in conjunction with my entire routine.
Item #5: Water Girl Ice Cream Memeprice: $18 (currently $20 on memebox.com although sold out.)
This was also pretty melty when I got my box.
This is the only item in the box I haven’t been using consistantly. I have been patch testing it, but I think this is something I want to save for colder months. It smells kind of medicinal, but in a really pleasant way. Its a really pretty blue, and has an almost cold cream consistancy.
This absorbs surprisingly well without being sticky at all. It’s a very nice cream overall. I almost look forward to cold weather so I can use this! Also, in Shara Shara fashion, the container is flipping adorable!
This box was really well curated, and a GREAT deal. It, along with every freaking item in it, is sold out at Memebox. My fingers are crossed, hoping they will restock AT LEAST the sherbet. If they restock this box, buy it immediately! It is the best box in a long time.
Thanks for reading!

I am back way faster that I thought I ever would be with a new Memebox. I grabbed up the Box of Fortune for $26.35 with a coupon. This box was advertised as being worth between $50-$200, so I thought it would be a fun surprise. I was really feeling the mystery box itch, because I have been waiting forever for Ipsy and 3B Box slots to open up. The day after I bought this, I got off of the Ipsy waitlist, and last night I got the email from 3B to get off of theirs. I am gonna wait until the next tiem 3B comes around because I just got all this:
I have been wanting to try Memebox brand cosmetics, but I am not good at deciding on colors, and when I can’t decide, I just give up. It’s a terrible fault I have. As you can see, there are 5 full sized products, 1 one time use mask, and a deluxe sized sample. On to my thoughts about it.
Item #1 Skinfood Peach Sake Emulsion. Memebox.com price $18
I’ve heard a lot about the peach sake line from Skinfood. It is supposed to reduce sebum and minimize pores. This should be good for the quickly approaching hot and humid NJ Summer. My t-zone tends to be oily in the warm months, and dry in the cold, so I am hoping this will keeping my skin glowing, and not slick. Once I am done introducing items from my last memebox, and my skin calms down, I will give this baby a go.
Item #2 It’s Skin Power 10 VE Effector. Memebox.com price: $13
I’ve heard both good and bad things about these ampoules. (I think that is what they are anyway.) This is the Vitamin E one, which is supposed to help balance oil and moisture. Now, I can’t find anything about this, but my bottle contains a TON of crystal looking matter.
I don’t think this is normal, and I will be emailing the lovely folks over at Memebox about this when I am done with this post. If this is an expired product, I am going to be really sad, because I was looking forward to trying this out.
Item #3 XO Memebox I’m Lip Crayon in #04 Juliet. Memebox.com price: $7
I was really happy to see this in the box, because this is one of the XO Memebox items I had wanted to try. I will admit I would have preferred at different color, but this one does look good on me. The crayon goes on smoothly with only a hint of waxiness. It also super pigmented. I will put a swatch of the make up at the end.
Item #4 SoYoung x Memebox Lovely Stick Shadow #1 Lovely Rose Gold. Memebox.com price: $10
I was super happy to get this color! I have been looking around, trying to find a good rose gold shadow, and this one is gorgeous. It is really shimmery and softly golden with a touch of rose. I love it, and can’t wait to really use it.
Item #5 XO Memebox I’m Cream Shadow in #03 My Wannabe. Memebox.com price: $7.50
This is another really gorgeous rosy gold shadow. It’s more coppery than the stick, but I still really like the color. I didn’t swatch this one, because I didnt’t want to stick my fingers in it and am currently without clean brushes. I did take a photo of the pot though.
It looks more gold here than it actually is, but I think it will pair well with the stick shadow.
Item #6 Ferderma Egyptian V-line Make-up mask. This is currently not for sale on memebox.com. It seems like it was once sold in 10 packs, but it isn’t up anymore. I found some on ebay for about $4 for one (being sold for $16.50 for 4)
I have wanted to try a v-line mask, purely for novelty’s sake. I can’t really find anything about this one without a more thorough googling, but I’m sure it will be weird to put on and moisturize my jaw line. I had hoped there would be a mask or two, and while this wouldn’t be my first choice, I’m not upset about it or anything.
Item #7 IPKN New York Moist & Firm BB cream in 01Fair. This is a deluxe sample, so there will not be a price.
I’m not really looking for a BB cream at the moment, but I will give this a shot, since I am light skinned. It’s fairly light with slight yellow undertones.but closer to a neutral beige. It was a nice addition I suppose.
Here’s the swatches I promised:
So what did my box of Fortune value come to? Well, not counting the mask I couldn’t find a price for and the deluxe sample, $55.50. Not too shabby I guess.

Hello readers! I’m back after a few months of buying no Memeboxes. As I’m sure you know, in January, Memebox stopped shipping internationally and set up Memebox USA. I haven’t purchased a box since January, because the price of boxes soared, and I couldn’t pay $45 for a box with a few items that may not have any items I actually wanted. So, I sat with a few points in my account, occasionally browsing for something I wanted. I could never find anything to pull the trigger on, until the Vacay box. It was $30, and I had a coupon, so I picked this up for $22.50, shipped. I decided to get this because I knew it would have a sunscreen item in it, and sunscreen itself can be priced at half of what I got this box for. So here’s what came in the Vacay Box.
Item #1 Secret Key High Lasting sun cream SPF 50+ Memeprice – $5
I haven’t used this yet. It’s the only item in the box I haven’t gotten to yet. I just purchased The Face Shop Perfect sun cream like a week ago. Considering how small the bottle is, I will probably get to it by June, so when I do start using it, I will give a full review on it. I am excited to use this in the humid summers of New Jersey, because it is supposed to mattefy and control sebum.
Item #2 Banila Co. The Kissest Water Beam tint in Garosu Aura Memeprice – $12
Above is the tint freshly swatched, and then wiped off with an alcohol wipe. As you can see, it tints pretty well. It’s also super glittery. It will be a nice tint for a night out. It’s very pretty and not super intense looking on my lips, because they’re already pretty dark. I like it.
Item #3 Holika Holika One Solution – Clear ampoule Memeprice – $22
I was really happy to see this item. It was unexpected, but I immediately started testing it out. I have been breaking out like crazy lately. I’m not really sure why, but a few months ago, my skin went from being clear for a long time, so angry and sensitive. I tested this ampoule out on a particularly painful (so intense it was actually purple) pimple and two days later, it is not swollen anymore, and has really decreased in size. It’s still a little red, but it doesn’t hurt anymore. I am excited to keep using this ampoule, and hope it helps get my skin back to where it was a few months ago.
Item #4 Holika Holika Aloe 99% Sothing gel – Memeprice – $10
I am allergic to grass. It sucks. The other day, I took my dog out, and when I came back inside, my feet had huge patches of hives. I applied this gel, and it helped a lot until the benedryl kicked in. I don’t know if I will use it on my face, but I would like to try it on the ends of my hair (I really need a haircut.) to see it if helps with the dryness. Also, the packaging is really cute, and it’s huge.
Item #5 Holika Holika Aqua Petit Jelly Neon Beam Nails – Memeprice – $7
I got orange, obviously. This polish is great. That is one coat in the picture above, so it’s super pigmented. I love the color. I was really happy to get orange, as I exclusively use orange on my toenails. This is supposed to glow in the dark, but all the pictures show black light…so I’m not really sure which is it. Either way, I am really happy with this.
I liked this box overall. I will use everything, and because I got it fairly cheap, I feel like I got a decent deal.
Thanks for reading!

Hi readers! This is my first product review.
I received this lipstick in the F/W Colors Memebox It have been using this lipstick almost exclusively since I received it. It is absolutely a holy grail lippie for me! I just wish it was easier to find Witch’s Pouch items. I have liked both that I have.
In the tube it looks so dark! I was a bit afraid of it when I first looked. I had never tried out such a dark color before! But then I swatched it and immediately fell in love!
It’s much pinker than I imagined. It’s really a dark magenta. This lipstick is so moisturizing, and last pretty darn long, even when eating. It only comes off when I wipe it off with a napkin while eating. Even after wiped off, it leaves a light stain, which is also really gorgeous if you don’t have the ability to reapply immediately.
I would absolutely recommend this lipstick! It comes in a ton of colors too!
This photo was taken from i-charming.com which is Witch’s Pouch’s company’s website.
You can buy this lipstick in a few shades from http://vincci-vins.com/index.php/shop-by-brand/witchs-pouch/wp-kiss-lipstick.html. It’s called Kiss Me Lipstick, but it looks like the same thing. It is sold for 18.90 CAD.
You could also probably buy directly from http://witchsshop.kr/ via a shipping service, like Avecko.
